Sex therapy is a unique and specialized form of therapy designed to help individuals and/or couples address their concerns about sexuality, gender, sexual functioning and sexual expression. While sexual issues are commonly experienced, they frequently go unspoken in therapy as very often feelings of shame, guilt or stigma hold people back from getting the help they need.

Sex therapy addresses emotional issues underlying sexual problems and utilizes various techniques to cope with physical and psychological symptoms. I offer treatment for those who are experiencing concerns related to sex, looking to have a better relationship with sex or increase understanding about their sexuality.
